RH+ MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

Restaurant Hotline Plus (RH+) memberships are subscription-based services that renew automatically according to the selected plan unless canceled by the customer.

FREE TRIALS

Customers participating in a free trial may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If a subscription is not canceled before the trial expiration date, the selected membership plan will automatically begin and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their RH+ membership at any time through their account settings or by contacting Restaurant Hotline Plus support.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Access to RH+ services will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

NO PARTIAL REFUNDS

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Canceling a membership prevents future renewals but does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

This cancellation policy applies only to RH+ subscription memberships.

Digital downloads, assessments, planning tools, and other downloadable products are separate purchases and are governed by their own terms and refund policies.

POLICY CHANGES

Restaurant Hotline Plus reserves the right to modify membership plans, pricing, features, and subscription policies. Any material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
