RH+ Subscription Billing & Service Credits Policy

Restaurant Hotline Plus ("RH+") provides subscription-based software services designed to support restaurant operators with performance intelligence and operational insights.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected monthly or annual plan.

By subscribing to RH+, you authorize recurring charges using the payment method provided during checkout.

Subscription fees renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.


Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation, access to RH+ remains active through the end of the current billing period. No additional subscription charges will be applied after cancellation.


Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

RH+ does not provide refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, or changes in usage.


Service Interruptions and Credits

If a verified platform interruption or service outage substantially impacts access to RH+, RH+ may provide account credits, service extensions, or subscription time adjustments in place of monetary refunds.

Credits are determined at the sole discretion of RH+ and may vary based on the duration and impact of the interruption.


Exclusions

Service credits generally do not apply to interruptions caused by:

  • Customer internet or network issues
  • Browser, device, or local hardware problems
  • Third-party provider outages
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Circumstances outside reasonable operational control

Beta Services

Beta versions of RH+ are provided for evaluation and testing purposes and may contain incomplete functionality, modifications, or temporary interruptions.
